Prizes
- By registering before December 31 for the Smoke-Free Family program, you are eligible to become the 2009 Smoke-Free Family and to win a family trip for four – two adults and two children under18 – to Orlando in Florida.
- A $50 Jean Coutu gift card winner will also be drawn each month from among families registered for the Smoke-Free Family program
To receive their prizes, the persons designated by the draw must demonstrate that they and their families actively participated in the Smoke-Free Family program by describing their experience and the changes in their lifestyles.
